Clean Your Home Fast!
Need to clean your home fast? Husband’s boss coming over for dinner? Kids having friends over? Mother-in-law stopping by for a visit? You look around the the house is a disaster, or at least not cleaned up enough for your visitors. Here is a quick 30 minute cheat sheet to get your high traffic areas cleaned in a hurry!
Before you start, grab a basket or tote to carry with you. Use it to collect anything you find along the way that is not where it belongs. As you go from room to room, you can put away things you have collected. Or better yet, hand it off to your kids and let them put everything away. The key here is to clean your home as fast and efficiently as possible.

If you have more time…
If there is additional time to clean, I like to dust my surfaces in the living room and entry table.
Most of these rooms can be done and company ready in 5-10 minutes. I find that if I am in crunch for weekly cleaning, I can complete this list in 30 minutes or less. If I have an hour, I’ll mop the kitchen and bathrooms along with doing a load of laundry.
So the next time you are in a crunch or just want to clean your home quickly and get back to life, set a time and run through this list! It’s just what you need to reset your home and get back to loving your living spaces.
